On 05-17-2020 at 10:58 AM I put in a order on OVENDEALS.COM for a Breville BOV900BSS Convection Air Fry Smart Oven Air for $279.99 and payed with PayPal Credit. I did receive an email from OVENDEALS.COM that my order was on hold until they confirmed payment. I didn’t get no update about tracking number after payment was confirmed from OVENDEALS.On 05-19-2020 I emailed and called OVENDEALS with no avail. On 05-20-2020 I opened a dispute on the Resolution Center on PayPal because I didn’t get a response from OVENDEALS on my order.On 05/22-2020 I received an email from PayPal with a UPS tracking #1ZA781T50395193195. I never received an updated email on my tracking number or my order from OVENDEALS at all. So when I checked supposedly my tracking number it showed a 4LBS PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED NOT A 39LBS PACKAGE and also that it was delivered on 05-21-2020 at 8:22 PM and it was supposedly left on my front door. I checked my front door that morning of 05-22-2020 but nothing. We have a active Ring Doorbell Pro so I would have gotten a warning that someone was at or front door and we didn’t. I called UPS right away that same morning but they said I had to wait 24 hours before I could file a lost package claim. On 05-23-2020 I filed a lost package claim with UPS. On 06-02-2020 I received an email from UPS with a name and phone number of TRACKING NUMBER 1ZA781T50395193195 so I called the phone number and talked to the UPS receiving package person. I explained my situation to her and she told me she new something odd was going on because UPS verified her package delivery to make sure she didn’t received the wrong item. She lives in my subdivision so she emailed me her order of her package from NORDSTROM.NARVAR.COM on 05-18-2020 in wish they were a pair of shoes with the same TRACKING NUMBER 1ZA781T50395193195 delivered on 05-21-2020 8:22 PM. I myself feel like OVENDEALS.COM IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY working with a UPS employee on getting a duplicate TRACKING NUMBER. PAYPAL ruled against me on 06-23-2020 because of the tracking number after I emailed them all my information so I have to eat $279.99 PayPal feels like I have to go after OVENDEALS.COM for my refund.
