Ad was on Facebook, and after I clicked on it once, that’s all that appeared in my newsfeed. All of them comments were extremely positive - great products, service, etc. They promised a full Willow Tree nativity (over a dozen pieces) at a deep discount with free shipping. During checkout, when I selected my shipping option, it stated 3-5 business days. However, after I completed my order, I never received any order tracking or shipping confirmation. I received a payment confirmation from Vikrasseth Limited, but that was it (which was confusing, given that name did not appear anywhere on the website or post).
