I received a call from an unknown number saying they would be delivering a court request to my house within an hour and wanted to know if I’d be there. I asked what it pertained to and they gave me the phone number with a case number. When I called they asked for case number and said I was being sued by a credit card for 25,000. The man was very ugly and said they would see me in court then hung up.
