I have received calls from Florida, New York & now Texas phone numbers that state that Overnight Locators are attempting to serve me with a civil suit that has been filed against me, and that they need a current address to do so. When asked where they've attempted to deliver the suit, they hang up on me. I was also given the phone number to an "attorney" that I could call regarding the suit. I have googled the name of this company and see it is a scam.

Overnight Locators calling from 928-217-5002 in yuma Az has repeatedly called my family stating that they have a civil suit that is being filed against us. And that we must call goldstein LLC to settle this before it gets to court. When I ask that they please mail written documentation to me they state that they are unable to do so. That I must call a 3rd party to settle this debt. I've asked them to stop calling, nicely and rudely. Nothing has stopped this company from calling me. It's getting to the point of harassment they are calling so often. We've never given them personal information (including our address), but nothing I've said to them will get them to stop calling me. When i finally hit the internet for information on how to stop these phone calls, I found out this is a scam.
