Victor Cruz Bastos is conducting business on your platform as "AiVault" (https://payhip.com/AIVault). He sold me access to his technology platform via your platform. However, he NEVER gave me access to the software tools I paid for. He in fact ghosted me for nearly 2 months after I paid him. This is when I filed a fraud complaint with my bank (Citibank). Shortly after that, while the fraud investigation was underway, Victor finally reached out to me... I thought it was going to be okay, so I then withdrew the complaint. However, he NEVER delivered what I paid for. I need my money back, and you need to remove this fraudster off your platform so he doesn't continue scamming people. I am trying to open another fraud complaint with my bank, but it's taking a while because they are telling me that once a dispute is closed it cannot be reopened... I don't even have a job, and this guy won't even respond to me or give me what I paid for. Please help.
