I bought an item from an online advertisement on Facebook called overstock.com. Tractor Supply on 11/9/23. Trusted it because it said Tractor Supply, a business we frequent. I used a credit card to pay and received an online receipt from VIKRASSETH LIMITED that evening. I tried contacting them on 11/25, Christin, customer service, texted, "still on its way normally", "it's under strict customs inspections" and offered "biggest discounts as compensation." On 12/11 Becky from customer service texted, lost at the local post office" and offered "we can send a replacement via faster and safer shipping." I texted back it was not at the post office, their answers were unacceptable and, yes please send my paid product faster and safer at their expense, gave them 2 weeks or I would contact. the BBB. Basically, I know I got scammed for not much but still $55 and they have my credit card information. Its the principle of using a reputable business to draw people in, offer goods that business sells at a great price then steal from those paid orders with no intention of making it right. Some from me, some from here some from there, and pretty soon they're rich and the rest of us are left feeling dumb, violated and disturbed that people would do this sort of thing. Thank you for providing a platform to express my disappointment in those that take advantage of those of us who work hard for what we get and want to have faith in the human race.
