Online advertisement of product not sold in stores. I purchased an item and was charged right away and received a confirmation e-mail stating I would receive a shipping confirmation when shipped. It has been about 2 months, no shipping confirmation and have not received item yet. I have tried to contact seller multiple times with no response.
