I ordered something from this site 12/5/16. It has not come. I checked into the site more. There is no telephone number for the company. I sent two emails to their "Contact Us" options, but no one has returned the emails. There is no tracker for my purchase, but it did come out of my bank account. When I looked up the receipt on my debit card purchases it read for "computer software" when I had ordered 4 sets of the Neoballs. My friend clued me into the situation saying there is an overstock.com not an overstockitems. That is when I noticed a Z on overstockitemz, and began digging into the site for concrete proof of business. The site claims to have items to sell. However, I wonder if people keep ordering and never get the items.
