I was looking at items on Facebook marketplace and a very professional advertisement appeared that stated discount prices available on Willow 17 pc Nativity sets for $39.99 plus $12.99 for 2 day shipping. I should have investigated further but did not and placed an order on the site, through the advertisement. They didn’t provide a phone number but in the ad a [email protected] address for 24/7 assistance and 30 day money back guarantee. You can search Facebook using Willow nativity set and the ad shows up. I received a confirmation invoice when I placed the order but no further communication was received. I started investigating it today when I saw I was charged $52.98 on January 9 (day I placed it) and the company name was Hencin Inc . I tried the provided support email and also looked up the company online and came upon a series of messages stating this was a scam and they never received any merchandise. I took screen shots of the " order and receipt" and became suspicious when there was no phone number or any other contact information listed.

i am going to cancel my credit card today since the company has it , with my name and address . what a fool i am!!! please get this out there.
