we ordered a birth certificate they charged us 47.00 witch we payed then they sent us to the actual website to down load a form to fill out and send in we received a letter shortly after stating we had not payed the filing fee so we called and we were told that ([email protected])

has nothing to do with vital records at all any where so we E mail them asking for a refund and were refused

I TRIED TO GET MY GRANDSON'S CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE BECAUSE HE IS GETTING MARRIED. THEY GOT ALL THE HISTORY ON MY GRANDSON, ***, INCLUDING SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, PLACE OF BIRTH, AND BIRTH DATE. I PAID $49.00. I RECEIVED NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE. THE VITAL RECORDS IN NORTH CAROLINA 1-800-669-8310 SAID THAT IT WAS A SCAM AND THAT I WILL NEVER SEE THE MONEY. THIS ORGANISATION WAS ON THE INTERNET WHEN I ASKED GOOGLE TO SEARCH FOR VITAL RECORDS IN NORTH CAROLINA.

WE HAVE TEXTED OUR GRANDSON AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED. HE IS IN THE U S COAST GUARD, NEW ORLEANS, LA.

MY PHONE NUMBER IS ***.

I CONTACTED MY BANK(HUNTINGTON) AND TOLD THEM TO STOP PAYMENT...TO LATE. THEY WILL CONTEST THE PAYMENT.
