I located a product I was looking for on their website via Google search. It was a good price and I decided to purchase. The site offered PayPal as a payment option thankfully, I always use that when I can so I'm protected. After the purchase I received no confirmation of purchase or when the item would be shipped. I waited 3-4 business days and contacted them via the email address on the website. I received no response after several days. I let a week go by from the date of purchase then tried calling several times, the line was always busy. I then opted to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. After PayPal investigated, they refunded my money.

Upon further investigation, this site is a scan. The phone number is for an area code in Washington State but their address is in NC. Looking at the address in Google maps, it's just a small residential house on the coast. On top of it, this is supposedly a site that sells children's shoes/clothes. So I should have checked them out better as I was shopping for automotive parts. It makes no sense they would have a listing for the car part I was shopping for. Everything about them just reeks of dishonesty. In the end I never received communication from the seller or got the product I paid for. Thankfully PayPal came through and rectified things on my end.
