I had ordered a pair of sandals from Oxanne and received a very smelly, very ugly pair of shoes with no support whatsoever. They advertise that the shoe will correct foot problems when the board hard sole does nothing but compound issues with the feet. I requested a refund within 30 days and offered to mail the shoes back. They responded with an offer of a $3.00 USD refund and that I should keep the shoes or give them away. I have sent multiple messages and they refuse to offer any more than $3 even though it says on their website that they have a full refund policy.

This website is a scam and they do not follow what they say on their website and their product is very inferior and improperly advertised.
