On February 16th, 2024, I made a purchase on this website. Upon receiving a package from the company, I was dismayed to find that it did not contain the dress I had ordered; instead, it contained a black pair of pants and a jacket, both damaged with a ripped thread on the pants. I promptly took photos of the incorrect items and contacted the company via email, but initially encountered difficulties forwarding my message. After several days, I received a response and provided them with images of the mistakenly sent items, informing them of their error and the absence of the correct item from my order. The company's response was unsatisfactory, offering me a mere 10% refund if I kept the wrong items. I declined, insisting on a full refund and the company covering the return shipping costs. However, they remained uncooperative, insisting I pay for the return shipping myself, and only increasing their refund offer to 20% if I retained the incorrect items. This behavior suggests a fraudulent scheme aimed at deceiving customers. I am filing this report to bring awareness to others about the deceptive practices of this fraudulent company regarding the merchandise I paid for but never received.
