Used the online third party for discounted price to purchase a Hotel room with payable options on Website. After filling out basic information , the site would show a box with an "error" included. When dialed by number to resolve issue, the automated system instructs you to communicate with an agent in a chat box on their website. When chatting with their "team" they instruct you to contact a number that's not even a "1(800) " number, it is a "New York " listing, they even give you a "booking ID" (which i did not receive when they took my money and i asked them if the reservation was made) then after calling this number , the man i had talked to had told me to wait 30 minutes and if my fund didn't return to my account then to send an "email" ([email protected]) of the problem.
