OYROSY are scammers the clothing they send me are totally different from the advertisement. This online store are false and misleading . And they do not stand behind their return policy as the website said if a buyer is not satisfied with their purchase they would refund their money. I provided the information they requested in the time frame they asked and they now ignore me. The clothing material is very poor, the description does not match the advertised product. Plus it has a very bad odor. Everything is just total garbage. And they refuses to refund me. Please help me get my money. back. Thank you!

I ordered an Emerald Green Velvet suit set. Blazer and pants together. The material is terrible quality and the sizing is not correct. The inseam does not match what it says on their website and the waist and pant length aren’t proportionate. I received it on 12/09/2024 and have been emailing them to start the return and refund process according to their return policy on their website. On their website it states, “Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.” they are closed on weekends and I am coming up on the 7 days but every email I have sent to request a return and shipping label, they have been beating around the bush to stall time.

I ordered 2 different style dresses for an event. I was told that they would arrive in 12-15 business days.

4 weeks later they had not yet been delivered. The website said that the order had not yet been "fulfilled" hence it had not been shipped. I sent several emails asking for the order be cancelled and my card refunded.

The dresses arrived ( 2 identical dresses)

Further emails were exchanged. I was told I could keep the products with a 40% refund made to my card. I refused this offer and asked that a return "authorization" be given to me so that I could return the cheap dresses.

I was then told to follow several steps on to the website giving them essentially a positive review and I could keep the dresses and my card would be refunded.

Essentially a positive review is being extorted.

As of October 30th, 7 weeks after the order was placed I have an unsatisfactory and unusable product. And am still waiting on refund.

Researching online reviews show that this is a very, very common occurrence with this website.

I ordered a jumpsuit that was very poorly made so the very same day I received it, I checked Oyrosy's return policy https://oyrosy.com/pages/return which clearly states "Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted." After going around and around with their "customer service" I was finally offered to keep the cheap garment and receive a 70% refund. Absolutely unacceptable.
