Ozzake is a "company" advertising homecoming dresses. When I did not receive the dress my daughter ordered I researched. The company does not have an address. So I emailed them asking where the dress was I did not get a reply. However their website does have a chat button. So I asked where the dress was. The first time, whomever was on the chat, said they would get back to me because the dress was in the shipping department. When I waited a week and still got no response I chatted again. This time the person called me a cry baby. and said "This is a stupid act of foolishness and I don't know how to wait." Asked for their business address and they said they did not have to give out that information.
