Misrepresentation that it is a U.s. and Canada Microsoft network partner (id no. 4389478). Contacted what I thought and what I was led to believe was Microsoft support after I had problems with automatic Windows 10 upgrade. Allowed them remote access to my computer. They allegedly ran a diagnostic and determined various problems and advised that they could repair for 149.99. I asked for copy of transcript and representative refused unless I purchased service.
