I bought 2 mosquito zappers off their website that I saw on Facebook. I immediately received a confirmation for the original 2 plus they used my credit card for an extended warranty plus 3 additional zappers. I emailed them immediately saying there was a problem with the order and they said nothing could be done. Their website has money back guarantee. Once I received the product I continued to email them asking for a credit for the items and warranty I did not order. They offered me 30% off then 50 then finally last Thursday emailed me apologizing and said that if I change my review on Trustpilot (yes I left a review saying what they did & it turns out there are others with the same story) they would reimburse me in full. I replied I would consider it if they did what they said. They have not answered an email since nor have they credited my credit card. Also my credit card company told me that this company put this charge in as recurring.
