This person contacted me first on LinkedIn pretending to be the owner of this construction company. He flirted regardless of the fact that I was married. I kept telling him no but I was not doing okay during this time. He developed a relationship with me partly as friends. He had me email his 9 year old son Dexter at [email protected] and said he was at home being cared for by a nanny and has never had a present. I ordered a book for his son and had it shipped to him. The person provided a copy of a drivers license, a business license and pictures of himself and his son. He even has a facebook profile. He immediately asked for conversation on WhatsApp claiming he was in Malaysia on a 5 million dollar construction contract. He eventually asked me to help him out with a loan so he could pay his workers. He was having trouble getting his payment. I wired him three separate occasions over $10,000. I have already reported this to all authorities. All wires were to a Wells Fargo account in LA, California. The name he uses is Phillip H. Adams and accidentally slipped and used Hopkins and his son's name was Reyes. His user name currently on whatsapp is Alhamdullilahi. He claims to be Christian and uses scripture and is really believable.
