Alright, welcome to this online interview before we proceed. I would like to explain the meaning of an online interview. An online interview is an online research method in which participants are asked a series of questions, given the description of the company and the job position aided by the use of computer-mediated communication tools such as instant messaging, email, or video chat technology, but what we are doing now is the instant messaging method. The working hours are flexible and you can choose to work from anywhere of your choice, the pay is $30.00/hr. per hour during full or part-time working hours and the training is $30.00/hr. and you will be getting your payment weekly or bi-weekly via direct deposit or paycheck; the maximum amount you can work a week is 45 hours. If you are employed you are going to be working as a full employee, not an independent contractor.
