So what does it mean to me as an investor . I’m getting my money no matter what. I am getting monthly checks in advance.
Even if the property is vacant or repairs have been done to it, I am still getting the same percentage promised in the CLA . It doesn’t matter if the property itself didn’t make that profit.
So how does the company pays the investor for those properties that don’t yield that profit. Basically from the initial overpriced property and with the money of the next investor/buyer. So basically, money moves from packet to packet without any financial transaction. Which means pyramid Ponzi scam.
The contract between pacific holdings and the investor limits the investor to file legal actions only in the state of California . Which in most cases will not be worth to the investor to sue the company
