A normal property management company. They do affordable rooming houses and are very tough in their applications to create a great living environment and protect their community members form the bad. Don't believe angry posts from failed applicants. Thank god Pacific Mountain Realty screens these terrible applicants out before they become terrible roommates

Submitted an application to the website and was immediately contacted asking for photos of photo ID and more personal information. I asked for more information on the employee (i.e. full name) and more information about the company and the response was very defensive. Lost money and personal information through online form.
