I saw a maltipoo for sale on Craigslist Baton Rouge, La I called the number and they told me they wanted to communicate by text only. She told me she lived in Boston. The Maltipoo was still for sale she told me how much the maltipoo was $500.00 plus another $100.00 for shipping by a pet company of the name of Pacific Pet Transport. Then I heard from them. I had to buy insurance from them 1200.00. An appropriate crate for 900.00 and since she had been sick on the flight the vet needed to keep her for 48 hrs. In order to get into La since she had been sick I needed to pay 1000.00. Permit fee. All refundable when I picked her up at the airport with the puppy’s tracking number. We searched online and concluded the Pacific Pet Logistics does not exist. Then they wanted 2000.00 more dollars for plane cost and 700.00 dollars for her food and accommodations. I did not pay the 2700.00. Do not send these people not one dime and do not try to buy an animal from Craigslist. I did not get the puppy. And do not use Zelle to buy anything on Craigslist. Scammers.
