Pacific Swimwear offered a deal where if you were chosen to be a brand ambassador on Instagram you would receive a promo code to get a buy one get one free bathing suit. I followed and did the instructions, whom ever I was back and forth messaging was very responsive and helpful. After I ordered for a total of $45, they sent me shipping information. NOTHING was updated afterward. I sent emails to see where the suits were (both instagram and emails), NOTHING, NO RESPONSE.

Had contacted them originally about being a brand ambassador, they told me I would get discounted bathing suits. I had order 1 bathing over 2 months ago. I have tried numerous times contacting on the customer service link they provided on the confirmation email, which to my surprise no longer worked. I had contacted them over *** after about 3 weeks of not receiving any tracking info to which they replied that they were very busy and backed up so orders were talking a little longer than usual. It has now been over 2 months and I have still not recieved any shipping info even though I have been told numerous times it was shipped. What’s best is being left on read or “seen” after I ask for any tracking info. At this point I would just like my money back but of course I am being left on read.

On ***, *** has been advertising for months looking for “brand ambassadors” to model their swimsuits and it’s a buy one get one free if you are picked to be an ambassador. However, after I ordered a swimsuit that never came after being offered to be a brand ambassador, multiple other people were realizing the same thing and therefore they disabled commenting on their posts so others can’t be warned that this is a scam. I received no confirmation email or tracking number and haven’t been able to reach anyone to complain.
