Never answer any phone calls. When emails were exchanged it was vague and broad information. Then, when shipping department reached me via email they asked for an additional $600, after already receiving full payment for item, plus additional money for shipping.

They are saying I have a package held up at distribution center but cannot be delivered unless I send them "customs cost"!

Checked the address,616 Corporate Way Ste.2.9092

Valley Cottage, NY 10989 and seen where this address is the source of a scam.
