My wife purchased a puppy from a business/lady who claimed to be a dog breeder. She demanded payment in full by cash app (like paypal) which my wife paid in full. $1950 all up front.
One week before we were to pick up dog, got an email from Mikelle McFarland of Paddington Pup phone 206-327-1595 claiming the puppy had mysteriously died. She apologized and agreed to return our money in October 2020.
While she told us she was the breeder, she said she could not give us a refund because she bought the dog from someone else and had already paid for it before it died.
Now she no longer answers phone or email. Criminal complaints filed. On facebook page snohomies, it says she runs a puppy mill and has complaints of others she ripped off.
Her website has several litters advertised. Avoid this unscrupulous person and business at all costs.
