I've never had a Norton 360 account, the company name belongs to a travel agency.......
When I called the number listed on the email, which does correspond to a travel agency, I was told that to get a refund I'd have to fill out a form, when I said that that was not ok, because I never had a Norton 360 account and had never dealt with them before, he hung up on me.
