The scammer e-mailed an invoice receipt for a Norton anti-virus subscription and offered a number to call for a refund. The call center requested access to to my computer to send a form which requested a bank name and account where I would like the refund sent. I became suspicious that a subscription paid by credit card would have to be returned to a bank account and challenged them. After that I hung up.
