The business advertises with American professionals and American staff , like Lindsey Bourret, an American expat who joined the Mearto team in 2019,
Their facebook page has other customers who have also shared negative experiences with non-responsiveness and paying for services that were never rendered!! I checked on my profile to obtain my invoice/receipt from Aug 2022 and October 2022 and there were deleted. BUYER BEWARE!!" ????NO, these people are scammers, In August 2022 I submitted 6 photos and in depth descriptions 3 items for appraisals and it has been more three months and NO ONE has responded and NO appraisal! Unethical practices. I demand a refund !!
