Ordered product 2/2023. They called 1/5/24 to say I owed $189. And if I didn’t pay now they would start sending $400 of product monthly until I paid. I wanted to check with my credit card company to confirm they were never paid but they would not allow it. They wouldn’t allow me to cancel product unless I gave them a credit card immediately. Would not give cancellation number until I gave them a credit card number. Very aggressive on the phone. Felt like a scam but I didn’t want to get $400 monthly charges so I paid
