Received a phone call with a job offer for a job I did not apply for. I filled out information like you would for a regular job and provided my ss and bank acct number. I also provided a credit card number. They said I would start work on 12/7/2022 and would receive my first check in a month. I signed a job offer contract. They paid off my credit card and I was told to use it to buy items and have the items shipped to my home, inspect them, rebox them and reship them. They provided the labels. After the month when I was expecting a pay check they kept telling me their system were down and then I did some research and realized it was a scam.

I was offered a job for 2400 a month by receiving packages and we delivering them. I was told I won’t gonna get paid for the first month and after the first month it will be biweekly. This company also has its own website on employee handbook an and also request a background check for employment with a form for you to fill out you w-2.
