I was then contacted by Isabella Denis | HR Department, Direct line: (860) 390-9865. Then the on boarding began, read and signed the employment contract needed which was supplied by email using Zoho sign. Then I was contacted by email by Luke Edison | Shipping Team Manager, Direct Number: (860) 390-4005, welcoming me and having me set up my dashboard account so I could start watching the training videos. Then I was contacted by 2 more people Shirley Fredric / Shipping Department(Supervisor for Packages for Shipping)
Direct number: (860) 390-4012 and Derryl Cliff | Shipping Department(Supervisor for Incoming Packages)
Direct number: (860) 390-4006, who were my supervisors. After them the Accounting department contacted me to fill out the W4 form, which I filled out and submitted(this is how they got my personal information). Then HR sent me the links for the documents to learn the steps to take for Packages/Parcels(letters). Once my pay date was set Accounting notified me by email. I completed every package that was sent to me within 24hrs, but once payday came all of a sudden I couldn't login to the dashboard anymore. Called Shirley and she said she would contact technical support to have them fix it(which it wasn't) and to try loggingin after 2hrs. She also informed me that I would get a confirmation email(which I never received) once my paycheck was mailed out to me. After talking to her, I then (later in the day) tried calling HR(long silent hold/no answer) and Accounting(welcome message just replays) with no success, emailed for help(no response), called managers/supervisors(no response).
