An email was sent to me with my full name for a job offering as a Supply Chain Operator. The email asked to provide contact information to schedule an interview. The next morning, I received a phone call from an “HR employee” of the company and was asked if I had time to discuss the position. They went into detail on the responsibilities of the job and compensation. They then proceeded to notify me that another call would be made to further the process of employment. After the phone call, I was sent two more emails; one included two links to a video of the job description and the company website. The other email included an online form that went into detail on what the company offered and asked to provide my contact information, such as my full name, mailing address, emergency contact, photos of identification and e-signature.
