I did my best to explain the issue thoroughly, but she remained fixated on her initial diagnosis. I'm perplexed by what's happening to my finger, prompting me to seek resolution at the office. Despite lacking medical expertise, I described it as a sensation akin to a bone protrusion. Despite my attempts to convey my symptoms, she was unfamiliar with them. Unsure whether it's bone or ligament-related, I hoped she'd offer insight. She suggested I get an x-ray, leaving me frustrated, confused, and feeling helpless. I went to Patient First, where the doctor diagnosed me with a common ganglion cyst, a diagnosis I could have received without an x-ray. In hindsight, I regret not bypassing her office, saving both time and money. I paid a $35 co-payment while she did nothing.

Guy calls and says from "pain management" and says medicare will pay for a brace to relieve my pain. I have a doctor for that, and braces. When I asked what the call was about, he didn't even seem to know what I was talking about, just stumbled back to his script. I yelled at him that it was a scam and to get a real job. This was the third time today (2/19/20) that that number called today. I didn't answer, because I figured it was a scam, but by the third call, I was beginning to worry I was wrong. I wasn't.

I've gotten these calls quite frequently in the past, both on my cell and my landline. This time the ID said Boca Raton, FL.

Scam attempting to record my voice saying "yes"

Caller tried to push getting care for medical services - this call was received by a cell phone number and NOT a place of business. When I told her my number was on "Do Not Call List", she got verbally abusive and hung up.

Received call from Pain Management Center. Said my Dr had referred me. I had talked with Nurse earlier so I thought legit. Said they needed to set up account for me for a consult with Dr. Gave Medicare and secondary insurance. Caller said they could provide back brace. I told them I did not need. Then I began to ask questions about their company name. Would only tell me they would call me back for Dr consult. I received a call next day and I again asked for company name and which Dr had referred me to them. The person hung up on me. I am sure this is a scam. I belive if I had continued providing them info, they would have taken money from me.

Man named Joe from Pain management asked if I could hear him.... I said yes, what ? He asked again if I could hear him... I replied I can hear you. He then said someone in the house stated we had some joint pain and asked if this was correct and I said no and then he hung up.

My 11 year old niece is being called by someone with an accent calling repeatedly about pain management. They want $5000 to be paid by credit card. I got on the phone with them as I am the account holder and explained she was 11 and to take our number off their list. They continue to call asking for monthly payments or all in one.
