I received a call from 411 Locals and it was a girl that sounded like she was in her twenties. Said my business is not listed correctly and I’m losing out on traffic that they would be able to get with there services . They said they would make up a new page separately from my page and that within a month and no longer than two months I’ll be receiving twenty more calls a month. They said they needed me to give them access to my google site which they would have any control to change what there already they need it to add there account as well . I thought that was true because in my business google account I’ve added my business twice on accident so I figured they were doing that . Instead they removed my site put there’s in and took away my phone put there phone number in place and I couldn’t login to my account . They took it over fully I had no access whatsoever.

Called them up and said what is going on here I have no access to my google business account anymore . You removed my site and put yours in there where you said you where going to be adding your page and what’s going on with changing my phone number. I never agreed to any of this and why can’t I get into my account . They tried to say it’s fine you’ll your going to be getting so many calls . Never received a call . The day before I joined with them a received a call from a new customer . That was my last call I received
