Saying I owe from a loan I supposedly had somewhere between 2014 to 2018. They say it was from a place call cash america. They say the loan was closed in 2020 with a balance of $1981.83. I'm just not sure this is real.

My fiancé received a voicemail from this scammer stating that I owe a debt for payday loan from over 10 year ago in which I don't owe.
