After several times on being confused about the time of EST and not wanting to talk to me. In the end, I finally got him to talk on the phone after he denied my call twice, the male voice was a thick African accent. When I asked about his accent, he hung up. This is a SCAM.

was provided the following job description:
Paladin Energy Ltd is an Australian-based global uranium leader with two mines in Africa, Langer Heinrich in Namibia and Kayelekera in Malawi. Paladin also has a diversified portfolio of development assets in Australia and North America with unsurpassed uranium price leverage (~8Mlbpa idled capacity).
Paladin is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and the Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX) under the symbol PDN. The Company also trades on the Munich, Berlin, Stuttgart, and Frankfurt Exchanges under the symbol PUR. Paladin is a uranium production company with two mines in Africa and projects in Australia and Canada.
The Langer Heinrich Mine in Namibia is Paladin’s flagship project and has a production capacity of 5.0Mlbpa.
The Kayelekera Mine in Malawi was officially opened in April 2009 and is capable of operating at design production rates of 3.3Mlbpa uranium.
Paladin has placed both mines on care and maintenance due to the sustained low uranium spot price and to preserve resource and shareholder value. However, in March 2019 Paladin commenced feasibility studies aimed at re-positioning the Langer Heinrich operation for a restart when a suitable uranium incentive price is reached and to develop opportunities to reduce operating costs and potentially recover vanadium.
Paladin also wholly owns Summit Resources Limited (ASX: SMM) after completing acquisition of outstanding shares in the company in November 2018.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
- Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
- Read source documents such as canceled checks, sales report, or bills, and enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent data entry using keyboards or scanners
- Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
- Maintain logs of activities and completed work
- Load machines with required input or output media such as paper, cards, disks, tape or Braille media
- Resolve garbled or indecipherable messages, using cryptographic procedures and equipment
- Select materials needed to complete work assignments
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations
- Maintains accurate records of all Receivables and Payables, entering data of online sales, purchase, orders, bookings, number of goods sold, numbers remaining etc, of customers in the US responsible for compiling amounts owed from purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc.
BRIEFING SUMMARY
You will be enlisted for a 2 week training programme. Find training programme details below:
*You will have to be online from 9am to 12pm daily for training programmes, although the training hours are flexible as you will be given series of tasks during training.
*You will resume work full-time after training and your working hours will be 8am - 5pm your time zone. For part-time, the hours will be decided.
*Whether or not you have an assignment or task to carry out you will be paid for $25/hr during training and 28/hr after training and for 8hrs a day as long as you are online during the stated hours.
*You have to keep strict record of time and activities. A time sheet should be sent in every Friday's days for monitoring (In your own format).
*In carrying out any assignment or task a progress report has to be emailed every Friday to me.
*You are paid weekly.
*There is no start up cost, the training would be administered online, this is an Internet based position, and the base pay is $25 per hour during training and $28 per hour after training.
*Either party is free to terminate at any time with notice.
*At the end of your training, you will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year as you are listed as an Independent contractor.
*Benefits include: 401k, health and dental, paid vacation and 2 weeks sick leave you will be enrolled for this benefits after 2 months after which you would become a regular employee of the company.
WORKING EQUIPMENT
Equipment will be provided for you by the Company ASAP. This includes a Hp Laptop/Notebook for mobility and some other software for accuracy, Speed of data processing, Time Monitoring and Effectiveness,(4 in one Zebra ZM 400vvBarcode Printer and Cards, Fax Machine, Scanner, Photocopier Machine, 4Drawer Cabinet and Office Desk).
Details on the uses and delivery of these equipment would be provided to you ASAP.

after that i interviewed with the email provided via google hangouts CHAT, wouldn't video chat or talk on phone, I was offered a "job" and emailed a Job agreement contract that he wanted signed by the end of the day (attached).
I emailed him after this addressing my multiple concerns with the situation:
"1) Your email address is alarmingly similar to scams I’ve seen online. It isn’t a company email.
2) You never addressed your company filing for bankruptcy in 2017 when I asked about it.
3) We used google hangouts, which is uncommon for hiring. But more importantly we NEVER spoke or video-chatted despite google hangouts having these features and you having my phone number.
If you could address these, I have no problem signing the agreement letter.
