I purchased two pairs of sandals from the website, and after several days of not receiving anything I contacted them or at least I tried to, and I noticed there was no phone number, and no way of reaching them. I then started looking at other sandal companies and I found a company called Pali that had the same sandels and the SAME PO Box so I knew they had to be either the same company or related. I have been writing to that company or calling them for the last five days and someone is texting me telling me that they are not part of that company and that that company has moved their warehouse recently. I have left several messages trying to cancel order. You can see on the website that there are several websites all linked to the same company including - Alohaz.com Lavahut.com oFlop.com PaliHawaii.com and PapayaSun.com they say they are retailers but they are just all they same company that scammed me. I paid through Venmo and I’m working with them to try and get my money back.
