I am so sorry...
this has taken me some time to write and I apologize. prior to Christmas I tried to do the right thing and move our shipping to a 3rd party logistics company called Gloved Commerce. They promised 2 day shipping, so I moved to them so you would all receive faster shipping times. I found out in October that they were not shipping my customers orders and sending the wrong products in some cases. I was completely unaware this company I hired was fraudulently operating under another name. Their real name was Clever Training, you can see the reviews here:

They have almost destroyed my small business. My customers are angry and we missed our Christmas deadline. For that I am so sorry. We have our inventory back finally and you have my word that every order will be shipped as soon as possible. I am shipping them myself. I thank you for your continued support and patience with our small business. Our customers mean the world to us!

I attempted to call & email back but there was no reply. I called my bank & filed a claim with the claims department and reported as fraud. I also googled Palm Beach Collective and saw multiple reports of scams and saw similar complaints on BBT to my own experience.
