I purchased a bathing suite and it was too big. I emailed the company asking for an exchange in the size or a refund and I’d send back the suite. I was told “No” and offered a $5 refund. When I stated I still either wanted a full refund I was given a 30% refund option and advised that was the best offer I’d get. I still declined and was told 50% refund was the best offer I’d get. This is terrible customer service.

mes. They keep arguing that it is the correct one. It is clearly not. I’ve sent pictures of my order and pictures of the one I received and the one I should have received. They seem to be purposefully in denial so they don’t have to make it right. They also didn’t send the cover-up that I ordered. It is now out of stock. They are saying that I have to pay return shipping for something that is their mistake. This is poor business ethic!

I purchased 2 bathing suits from this company. On their site they guarantee returns. However when I attempted return due to poor fit, they engaged in back and forth emails for so long that the window to return was exceeded. For months I attempted to regain some of the expense from the purchase but to no avail. I disputed with my credit card but it didn't work- this company wanted me to cancel the dispute to get a refund.
