I placed an order for a BoggBag on 6/30. Delivery was estimated by 7/4. I contacted Palmerey when tracking stopped moving on 7/11, I was told it was still in transit and it would arrive within 3-4 business days. I waited and item never showed. I contacted them again on 7/17 stating bag still isn’t showing movement in tracking and I wanted to cancel the order and get a full refund. I was told to be patient that order was still coming and they were trying to reach DHL. I told them if it wasn’t here by the end of the week, I would contact the BBB. Item is still not here and tracking hasn’t moved.
