I met the owner on a dating website. He began texting first then talking. After a few months, he stated his business was meeting with a client in Singapore to sign a contract. Per this individual, he needed money to pay the Country's taxes. I did not offer any assistance. He then ask for help with a cell phone. I offered my assistance with a cell phone. The cost was $1300 for the iPhone and the shipping to someone in Singapore. He stated he pay for the phone and shipping. Eventually, I was asked to send $6300 to help with a plane ticket back to the states. I refused.

The person reached out to me in January stating he will pay be $900 for the inconvenience. A date was decided in which he would give me the $900, which was 1/10/2024. I have not heard from this person to confirm where it is acceptable to me since Thursday, January 4th.
