I received a $30 bathing suit from here for my birthday in May, the sizing was way off so I attempted to initiate an exchange via email as was the process listed on the website and did not hear back for several weeks despite multiple emails and Facebook posts. I eventually heard back and decided to return rather than exchange because of the hassle and challenges getting anyone to respond. They attempted through multiple emails back and forth to get me to settle on keeping the item for a small percentage back, however I wanted to send it back for a full refund. Finally they eventually gave me their address and informed to shipping was to be paid by me, so I sent the package back at my own expense. Upon receipt of the item they then notified me I would be charged another $10.99 for shipping despite having already paid shipping myself. This brings us to present day where I am still fighting for a measly $30 back (the original item price, not including original shipping).

Palmloam states on their website, that in order to return items, you must first email them at [email protected] to obtain approval. There is NO ORHER contact information. I have been emailing since June 9th. No response. They state on their website that they will respond within 3 days. So far they have not responded. I have sent 4 emails since June 9, 2023. My swimsuits do not fit!

Website on social media selling swim suits. Placed an ordered. The same order was placed twice. I tried to cancel both orders, no where to contact, only email. No response. Other people have said the same with comparative reviews. This is a scam company. They don’t return

Refund when you return an item. They need to be shut down.
