Saw the Facebook ad, products looked nice and were affordable. Upon further looking, many companies online have identical advertisements/products. Received swim suit as a gift for my birthday in May and sizing was way off. Followed the return process listed on the website and have been in a back and forth with them ever since. I initially wanted to exchange, but it is now October and we have sent them at least 12 emails so now I just want money back. Sometimes they take days or more to respond, once it was same day. My mom has also emailed them, and we have received identical responses down to the changes in font in the middle of words. **** ***** ** * ***** * **** **** *** *** **** **** **** ************** ** *** ******** **** *****
