When I asked woman on the phone who PalmRio's parent company was or why they weren't affiliated with the Better Business Bureau, she got quiet and hung up. I called again and she explained their "license" credentialing them is on the "card" we filled out. A piece of paper that was screenshotted and texted to us. In the photo, that "license" credentialing is cut out. Very bad customer service and most likely a scam. No headquarters office or address, only a site, and a number.
