Total money scam online purchase charged me 110.90 for purchase that said free Just pay 7.95 also charged me 111.90 for purchase that said free just pay 7.85 shipping. This is total fraud. They are being very deceitful. Do not buy anything from these people. I am putting in a complaint with the BBB. They need to be stopped! This was a Facebook add. My zip code is 84780.

I ordered a FREE bottle of Lancee Perfector Cream thinking it was the high end popular brand called Lancer Perfector Créam. It said I only had to pay $7.95 for shipping. I didnt receive the product for which I was charged 111.95 dollars. Bank texted me to check for fraudulence, I said "yes" and they cancelled the transaction and blocked my credit card. After 2 weeks, they gave me a call saying they would escalate my account and affect my credit score and block my online transactions etc. The woman on phone literally threatened me in all possible ways for blocking the charge on my credit card. They are a huge scam and please don't fall for these "free trials". Stay away from them.

I ordered a free sample of their product and I was VERY insistent that this was not some ploy to have me on an autoship of a product I might get to try out for a week or two. I told her if that was the case, CANCEL this order now. I received their product a week or so ago and today that billed me for $103. with no phone number given to call!

I did recieve the product (again not what I wanted. They conveniently named theirs something very similar only 1 letter off) but a week later was charged $103.95. The charge was made at 1:04am. I looked at my bank statement, saw the name Palimino Nature’s, googled them and found nothing but horrible reviews, scam alerts, and a rating of F from the Better Business Beauro. Every review states the same issue. People were charged $103.95 after ordering what was said to be a free product which you only had to pay for shipping. However, different people ordered different products not just the one I ordered. I called the company. The lady I spoke to “Maria” said she canceled my order. I asked her to send the confirmation email to me while I was on the phone with her. The email stated she had canceled my order but no mention of a refund. When I asked her why it didn’t say anything about a refund she said she could not refund my money. I had to call the central office of my bank, report them, file papers to dispute the charges and close out my debit card which is attached to all of my bills that come out of the bank automatically every month. So I had to call each one of them to give my new card info. Whatever you do, do not order from this company! They are fraudulent. Read all the reviews. So much of my time wasted trying to resolve this and I am out $103.95 until the bank can dispute the charges. I don’t know why or how they are still even in business with all of these reviews and complaints made to the BBB. They need to be shut down and tried in court for fraud!

I’ve been victimized of the same crime! It started as a survey to get these free products! All I had to do was take a survey and pay the shipping and handling for a lance perfector cream. Two weeks later I get a notification of a charge on my card for $111.90. I filed a claim with my bank that my account was stolen because I didn’t authorize for this subscription! I later find out after the fact that this subscription was actually tied to this survey that I took and agreed to a subscription unknowingly with this company!

I received two different charges from two different company names for two different supplements.
JAD TRANS SMART and
Palmino Health products.
One for 110.11 and another for 111.00

Contact info leads to same recording while you wait to speak with same agents. I asked to cancel. I was told I was not charged, but then I see charges and I call. im told I accepted the charges and all sales are final. So...I ask to speak to a supervisor that tells me the same thing while a child is in her lap talking. I asked to escalate which was told was impossible then asked her to make a note on account at my displeasure of my private secure information being seen by a child and she refused to tell me the policy entry she couldn't make that note and finally hung up.

This place is a scam . I am in same boat ordered amazin brain product 7.95 end up being almost 14.00 which I’m ok with that two days later charged my bank account 103.00 called their number that is a reoccurring charge. The agent said it stated that online when I ordered the product. I am smart enough to not try a new product for the first time and pay 103.00 for it. This company’s customer service ( call center) evidently in another country couldn’t understand anything they saying. People BEWARE of these con artists. Needless to say they didn’t get their money from me . #nicetry

I have been charged 1 hundred and 11 dollars for them. I didn't buy any such thing on line. I have no idea who this even is but when you Google it it comes up with horses. I don't have any interest in horses. I don't own any horses, and frankly I for certain did not order anything from palomino natures and I demand a refund of my money. I have bills to pay and I'm on a fixed income. I also take care of my elderly mother. I don't have a single interest in palomino natures what so ever!

When you order this product it states that the product is free but you only pay for the shipping cost to try. Well not true you will end up paying 103.95 for the product that you thought was free. so be warned do not buy from this company. here is the number to call and cancel the monthly reoccurring shipment 877-560-2001.
