I have never even heard of this company before & I get a notification from CashApp saying a payment for $99.95 was blocked bc my card is locked & to unlock my card & try again. I have no idea where this is coming from. Now I'm scared to use my card bc I don't know if I unlock it if the payment will be taken. I contacted CashApp support & it says you can only block a merchant if you've done business with them before (which I have not). With technology these days there has to be some way to block these a******s from doing this. $100 is a lot of money to me!

I applied for a rewards program and was told I only had to pay 1.95 for a ninja kitchen system for shipping. No ther charges were ever stated in the terms and conditions. They took the 1.95 and minutes later 89.95 was also taken from my card. When I called my card company to dispute the transaction I was to contact the company that charged my card. I had no contact information of any sort no phone number email address nothing. My card company stated they had a number and gave it to me. I called the number and can not get through to anyone. I am disabled and need my money to pay my bills. These type of ppl need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent for scamming innocent people out their money. I need to know who I can contact to get my money.i do not want to speak to a machine I need to speak to a real live person.

I had registered for a raffle that I normally get from a former employer for $1.95. I also read the terms and conditions of the raffle and there was nothing unusual about the terms or anything, so I thought it was legit, however not even an hour later I was charged $89.95. I had a hard time getting ahold of the customer service and then had a hard time dispute the money. The whole thing was nothing but a scam and refused to give me back my money until i got a supervisor.

I was just done the same way. They took 1.95 then took 89.95. Trying to reach customer service and nothing. My card company won't let me dispute the transaction for a few days. How did you finally get in touch with someone. These people should be prosecuted for scMming and stealing people money. I am disabled and they are messing with my bill money if you have a number or email that I can get to contact someone could you please help me. Thank you.
