I inquired about a Mini Aussiedoodle puppy which was available on their website. The site gave information of being in business 20+ years, contained company history, details about breading, how the puppies where raised, birthing house, visitation of puppies by expectant family until of age, etc. The puppies on their website consisted of parent information on litters and photos of puppies which have been sold, puppies available and testimonials from customers, along with those customers who have purchased and had puppy transported. When I enquired, they sent a complete bio and summary on condition, attitude, immunizations, life expectancy, etc. They requested information from me to determine if a candidate which included household pets, vet information, contact information, nearest airport. They said once payment made, they would ship puppy and provide tracking information, puppy health guaranteed or money back... It took 3 days for payment to go into account, when they received payment, they told me that their accountant/bank was in process of refunding me and that it would take 3 days. They did not know why it was being refunded. They said I would get my money back. Last I heard from them. It has now been 2 days since it was supposed to be refunded to my account. Zelle sends the money via one bank account to another bank account, which is supposed to be secure, so I do not understand how these transactions are not traceable, why cannot be refunded and person persecuted.
