Received a dress that I ordered. Tried on the dress for 30 sec. Too tight. Looked at the website to see instructions on returns. It was then I read that NO Refunds are given only exchanges and store credits. That also seems to be a scam that it is not noted upon purchase by the store. I returned the dress asking for a large. I received email stating they had received the dress but it did not pass inspection. Therefore, I would have to pay $5 dollars to have the dress returned or they will just destroy the dress. No store credit or exchange. I asked them to send a description as to why it would not pass inspection. A few days later I received several photos stating there was white spots and deoderant stains. This is impossible. I began ito get suspicious and realized the store had zero reviews on their website. I investigated other platforms and read about other customers with the same story. Being told the item had white spots and stains. They are lying, taking the cash and probably reselling the dress. There is another company that sells clothes with a similar name Pampelone.uk
