I was contacted by text from someone calling themselves, Mrs. Regina Stein "head of Admin of Panacea Biotic LTD. Stated she found my resume on Careerbuilder. She then had me reached out to a gentleman named William Hudson via MicroSoft Teams for a first step in the interview process. Our conversation started out like any normal interview but there was a lot of red flags. First he was just cutting and pasting info from the companies actual website, but the mission & vision statement did not match the actual companies. Also when I looked at careers on the actual website, there was none of the ones he posted in the chat or that Regina had stated via text. Then some of his questions, you just don't ask a candidate during an initial interview: " What is the name of the Bank which you currently operate with so as to see if it tallies financially with the company's official salary payment account ?" I did not give him that info because if it's a legitimate organization you can work with any financial institution. Red Flag questions: "Do you own a Credit Card with debts?" "*Pay mode: Checks,Bitcoins or Direct Deposit" (the Bitcoin part). Also redflags were the inconsistencies with training hours and days, first it was 1 week then it changed to 3 days. First Benefits start after 3 weeks and then it changed to 1 month. Huge red flag as I thought this was just the first step and if it went well then interview #2, but nope he stated he needs to forward our conversation to the Head Department to enable them see if I am committed and good for the job and to hold back online for 10-15mins. It was only 4 mins and he was back and said he has the results and this is what he typed: [11:19 AM] William Hudson

"This is the First Online Hiring Step...Congratulations, your performance ensured you had a good score eligible for enrollment into our weekly routine training programme. You scored 8.4 out of a possible 10. , You will be trained in all of your possible lacking area's ...you have just been confirmed qualified for this position

You are now offered the job position...you are HIRED!

You are welcome to ( PANACEA BIOTEC LTD. ).....

You are now given a chance to show your commitment, charisma, diligence and be a productive employee."

His grammar was a red flag too.

It did get worse from here as they were going to send me a check to purchase all the materials I needed for the position and was to keep $150 for myself. There was too many inconsistencies and things that did not line up. He stated they were going to send me a Free MacBook Pro to use for work but then stated in another message I had to purchase it from a trusted retailer they use. First, the MacBook Pro's are expensive and that is not a computer you just send to someone you have not done your due diligence on with a new hire. I guarantee you the actual organization of Panacea Biotec does not hire people like this. They are going to do their due diligence when hiring someone and there will be many interviews done before they do so. I will end with this, no where on their website state they are expanding into the US.
